Salam all ~
I was reading my blog archives and found that I haven’t been blogging as much as I used to. I actually enjoyed reading my archive posts, going down memory lane. I feel that the only way to keep blogging is to always carry your digital camera around. Although I have my Canon Powershot G10, I still prefer to carry my Panasonic Lumix DMC FS3 in my bag because its not bulky. So this evening, I checked my digital camera and transferred previous pictures to my laptop. Here’s what I found..
First were pictures of the Saturday lunch which we always have. This was at the new Bombay Palace Restaurant at Batu Besurat. Food was great. I love Indian food so we will definitely go there again.
This is the Vegetarian Spring Roll
These are Pakodas. I hope I got the spelling right. Basically these are vegetables or nya kitani ‘Cucur Sayur’. My colleagues are mostly from India and that’s why I know these. Colleagues used to buy them and bring to the office. They can be found at most Indian Restaurants.
The Beryani. I didn’t get to taste the Beryani. Not because I don’t like Beriyani, I love them. But at that time I was on my ‘HP Programme’. The husband ordered Lamb Beriyani whilst Mira ordered the Chicken Beryani. They both loved it.
So I had Plain Nan yes ‘plain’. Normally I will order Garlic Nan but tahan tah dulu.
This is Mira signing the visitors book
Ok, what other pictures do I have? You may know that I have started selling stuff online, via Facebook. It started off as just for fun but then, over the months, I get more and more customers. If you’re wondering what I sell, then hop over here or here. Actually its fun. I get to make new friends. So since I work half day on Saturdays, I try to deliver customer’s items on that day. Other days, well they have to collect from my house.
Some items to be delivered to HSNSTUFF customers.
The next picture are pictures of the girls opening a bank account with Baiduri Finance. Time to teach the girls to save and not to spend unnecessarily
Mira turned 18 last December and is now attending Driving Classes. One Monday, I took half day leave to send off Muizz to KL and after that to take Mira for her Driving Class at the Land Transport in Sg. Akar.
Siok ah. Wish we had this when I went for Driving Lessons (ohh it was like 20 years ago!!). I remember when I attended classes. The cars were old and no aircond. Mira and the others a very lucky. Most of the cars used are brand new or new. I hope Mira gets her license soon. She’ll be sitting or should I say driving for her license this coming Tuesday. Good luck Mira.
This is just some random pictures of the girls wearing De Zahra’s Tudungs. Anyone interested to buy them, you are most welcome to go and visit Fab’s Coleccion (promo sikit)
Lastly, these are pictures of today. Morning the husband and myself went to JPMC for a swim whilst Muizz went for his usual Sunday morning jog. Then woke up the girls and went to….
This was served. Hot bread with butter. The bread nyaman, panas-panas.
Fish & Chips for Nanee (forgot to take picture, baik jua belum habis)
The husband and myself ordered the Sizzling Mixed Chicken. Its a combination of grilled chicken breast and tiger prawns served with potatoes, corn and veggies and black pepper sauce. Not bad~
Grilled Tiger Prawns with Cheese *yum yum*
Alhamdulliah ~ Overall food ok.. but a bit expensive and luckily it was Muizz’s treat
After lunch, we dropped by The Mall for a while before deciding to go to Kapok and visit Zara and the boys. But before that, we made a stop at Pantai Serasa, Been a while since we went there. Semakin banyak tia orang bejual.
I forgot to take pictures at Zara’s place
We left Kapok at about 4pm and was on the way home when we took a detour to Tungku Beach. Last stop of the day was at Soto Bunut at Batu Besurat because ada orang taiseliur kan makan Soto.
Before I end this post, it was Nanee’s 13th Birthday last 26 May 2010. Happy Birthday Nanee, semoga panjang umur, murah rezeki dan berjaya dalam pelajaran. Study Smart!
Ok I think this post is long enough to make up for the lack of ‘proper’ posts by me. I hope I can blog more often. Lastly, Buaming, Ina and myself are going on a short trip to KL tomorrow. Just for one night. As usual it was a last minute thing and unplanned. We just kinda clicked the ‘purchase’ button at Bruneiair.com hahaha ~
