Hp Update – 1st Cycle

Ok here’s my update which I was supposed to post two weeks back.

My 6 Weeks HP Programme commenced last 19.04.10 and ended on 30.05.10. The first two weeks of the programme was easy. Probably because I was so excited about the programme and also how I lost not only my weight but also the fact that my clothes became a bit loose. Then came the 3rd and 4th week. I have to admit that I did some ‘cheat days’ especially on the weekends which were family days out and eat out time. 5th & 6th week was also quote challenging as we had birthdays, functions to attend where good food was served. So at the end of the 6 week cycle I lost a total of 3.9kgs in weight, 1.9% body fat, and a total of 30cm measurements from all over the body. Not what I expected. I expected to lose more….

But I guess its not bad right, considering I did not push myself and took it nice and easy. I have never lost this much weight in a 6 week period ever. *Naik ada pulang*. I am also happy that although I did ‘cheat days’ (cheat days means I ate way much more than the allowed quota for the day), my weight seem to maintain. I think that its because my metabolism is beginning to increase.

At the end of my 6 weeks programme, I was supposed to start on my 2nd cycle but it got delayed *alasan*. So Insyallah, my 2nd cycle will commence this coming 21.06.10. I hope to lose more and try not to ‘cheat’.

Oh, I left my Pedometer in KL during our short trip last week (Click here and here). I need to get a new one. Have I blogged about the Pedometer? Well its part of the programme, we are supposed to do 10000 steps a day!!. Guess what? My average reading during normal days would be about 4000 to 5000 steps but when we were in KL, I managed to do 10000+ steps. Great right :) So the moral is to go to KL aka shopping more :)

HP2

If anyone wants to know more about this programe… drop me a line :)

Bila Cinta ~

This is the Original Sound Track from the Movie “Lagenda Budak Setan’. It comes in two versions, Male and Female. I so love this song so I’m posting it here in my blog ~ I hope you enjoy it as much as I do ~

This is the Male Version~ (Gio)

This is the Female Version ~ (Filianti Vlee)

~BILA CINTA~

Bila cinta kini
Tak lagi bermakna
Yang ku rasa kini
Hanyalah nestapa
Ditinggalkan cinta masa lalu

Dulu kau tawarkan
Manisnya janjimu
Yang ku sambut itu
Dengan segenap hatiku
Hingga engkau pergi
Tinggalkanku

Hilangnya cintamu
Menusuk hatiku
Hinggaku memilih
Cinta yang fana

Perginya dirimu
merobek jantungku
Hingga ku terjatuh
Dalam harapan

Ku sebut namamu
Di setiap doaku
Bangkitkan setiap kenangan tentangmu
Yang ku dapat hanyalah bayang mu

Hilangnya cintamu
Menusuk hatiku
Hinggaku memilih
Cinta yang fana

Perginya dirimu
merobek jantungku
Hingga ku terjatuh
Dalam harapan

Hilangnya cintamu
Menusuk hatiku
Hingga ku memilih
cinta yang fana

Perginya dirimu
merobek jantungku
Hingga ku terjatuh
Dalam harapan

Movies

Watched a couple of movies during past week. Watching movies with the kids is something which I enjoy. Its the time to spend quality time with the children and the husband of course. We make it a habit to catch a movie at least during the weekends. Last week, we caught three movies.

First one was The A-Team which we watched at the Empire ~

The A Team

It was ok.. with a mixture of action and comedy.

The next movie we watched, also at the Empire was The Karate Kid

The Karate Kid

I think of all the Karate Kid movies I have watched so far, this one is the best. Jaden Smith is so adorable :)

Lastly on Saturday, we caught ‘Lagenda Budak Setan’ at the Mall. Its been a while since I watched a really romantic Malay Movie, so I can say that this movie bulih tahan :) A must watch for those who love romantic stories…
